DATE AND TIME: Saturday, July 19. Weigh-ins 8-10 a.m. KATA begins 10 a.m. Individual competition
follows completion of KATA.

SITE: Academy of Sho-Rei-Shobu-Kan, 1811 N Street, Lincoln


ENTRY FEE: $23 per entrant for the first event, $11 per entrant for each additional event if entered by June 23. Save $2 by entering online. $5 late fee if received between June 24 and June 30. Entry fee includes athlete T-shirt, passes to SportFest and the Opening Ceremonies and a copy of the NSC Yearbook.

COMPETITION FORMAT: All matches will be three minutes, with double elimination brackets. The director reserves the right to combine or modify divisions or modify elimination format depending on the number of entries and safety factors.

STATE GAMES OF AMERICA: Martial Arts medal winners will automatically qualify for the 2009 State Games of America in Colorado Springs. For more information about the State Games of America and how to qualify, visit StateGames.org or call (719) 634-7333.
