here's one I got from Tim Lopez, who was the CBA middle weight champ for MMA


7 am -- 6 eggs only whites, 2 meat and a peace of toast


10 am -- vegitables

12:00 -- can of tuna


2 pm -- piece of jerky

5 pm -- 5 oz meat and a salad


no carbs after three

Oat Meal Benifits

A good source of soluble and insoluble fiber. Full of soluble fibers which scribs your arteries, lowers ch9olesterol. obsorption and prevents teh carbs from spiking insulin levels.

It also has insoluble fibers which reduce the toxity of bile acid which adds to its cancer figthing ability

good source of: vitamin E, Zink, Selenium, copper, iron, manganese, magnesium and protein
