I've had a copy of Scott's book for over a year and I must say that it is without a doubt one of the best references I've seen as a martial artist. It is complete with great demonstrative photos to accompany well worded explanations of the various strikes, kicks and blocks as well discussion on weight lifting and conditioning.

I was also pleased that he included information on building a business to further inspire others into some of the knowledge he has learned through others or his own experiences on starting a business like WRKF.

The wealth of information for his book is certainly worth the price.
